Laurel’s lifelong journey to to bring light to the unhealed portions of her soul began at a young age before she even understood the power of healing and intuition. Then, 7 years ago a major life change encouraged her to embark on a new life path that began with personal transformation and evolved into the practice of helping others find the every day peace and joy that is available to all of us. Laurel has had many teachers throughout the years and brings the knowledge and skills from each of them to her treatment room. Laurel believes that the present moment is the true key to healing and inner peace and has dedicated her work to helping others realize this gift. Each treatment centers around sound and energy healing, utilizing multiple sound instruments including Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, a Shamanic ancestral buffalo drum, the Reverie harp, and chimes. By adding Reiki, crystals, acupressure, and Shamanic healing techniques to the session Laurel has the ability to create powerful healings that help her clients move stuck energy, release unwanted emotions and find an overall sense of peace. Laurel is humbled to work with people of all gender, ethnicity & sexual orientation.

Outside of the treatment room Laurel continues her own personal work through daily meditation, ongoing healing classes and as a student working towards her Holistic Nutrition Diploma. Laurel also teaches guided meditation classes, performs group sound baths and is a teacher and co-facilitator at the School of Sound and Healing.
