This focus allows clients to let go and melt into the space where healing occurs.

Rather than viewing our time together as an opportunity for me to “fix” anything, I see it as my job to guide a client toward being their own healer. Our bodies have a natural inclination towards balance- sometimes we just need to show them the way!

I’ve been a massage therapist since 2012, and was certified in prenatal massage in 2015. As my interest in women’s health grew, I learned all about pelvic steaming (also referred to as yoni or vaginal steaming) and became certified to facilitate steam sessions and share the knowledge of this beautiful practice with others. I began my Reiki journey in 2020 and am now a level 2 practitioner, ready to assist you as you tap into and harmonize your own energies.

My mission is to help you reclaim your own power over your health and wellness. We all have so much (endless!) potential inside of us, just waiting to come out, to flourish and grow.
